Nyota Vision Development Initiative
Through table banking, youths unite to build financial strength. With savings, they secure stability. Through investment, they unlock innovation. And with development, they transform communities into hubs of opportunity and resilience.

The table banking cycle
How Membership Works
Every member follows the same cycle — the order matters, because each stage builds on the one before it.
Save
Members contribute regular shares into the group's table banking pool, building a track record of financial discipline.
Invest
Pooled savings unlock affordable loans and capital members can put into businesses, farms, or new skills.
Develop
Returns are reinvested into community projects — scholarships, mentorship, and shared infrastructure that outlast any one member.
